本剧改编自同名小说。池袋西署科长益山瞳（仓科加奈 饰）年轻晋升管理职，却在职场中屡受挑战。此时，新调来的55岁大叔向井光太郎（唐泽寿明 饰）以不起眼的外貌掩盖不凡能力。一起杀人案因瞳的失误让嫌疑人逃脱，她陷入低谷，并怀疑向井的真实目的。然而，在关键时刻，向井的一句话让她重新振作。“谁与相遇，决定人生。”一段关于刑警成长与羁绊的故事就此展开。

在第二季中，两人将迎来新的考验。北泽辰之助（岩本照 饰）所属的“RACCO警备保障”为了扩大业务规模，与“Koara Security”合并，组建了新的“Rakkoara警备保障”。辰之助与新搭档时常发生冲突，并因一次警护任务而卷入重大事件。与此同时，岸村里夏（白石麻衣 饰）为追求律师事业更高的目标赴英国伦敦留学。八小时的时差让两人陷入远距离恋爱，同时新的棘手案件也将考验辰之助的真正价值。

        20世纪70年代。梁川市的一群知青在下乡时结下了深厚情谊，他们在返城、高考、改革开放等一系列大潮中奋勇拼搏，走出了不同的人生轨迹。主角俞乐山、盛雪竹通过努力奋斗，克服重重困难，最终实现人生理想。

在企业担任经理职的中年男子（柳承龙 饰）意气风发，却在一夕之间跌落谷底。他踏上自我探索的旅程，重新学习什么能带来真正的快乐。

When office worker Plu is fired from her job after hitting a leering senior, she's left in state of distress as she has her mother and younger sibling to take care of. In low spirits, she meets Ray, a beautiful and wealthy-looking woman who proposes she opens a company called Unlimited Company, a company that will do absolutely anything as long as clients have the money to pay them. Her family owns a building available for rent, and she'd be happy to be a partner.

Soon, the office is filled with beautiful people, chaos and headache-inducing challenges.
